Terms and Conditions

1. All graphics on this website, and any graphic that is sent to a client, is owned by David Brothers and Brosgallery.com until the said graphics are purchased. I own to the copyright to each image until full price has been paid.

2. A project downpayment guarantees that I, David Brothers, will design the custom website package that the client has requested.

3. If the client decides to cancel the project completely after having paid a downpayment. I guarantee 1 custom website header logo.

4. Payments are Non-Refundable.

5. Price quotes are final unless: client was dishonest during initial quote, client requests more work than originally discussed, or there is a special programming need with databases or shopping carts that I do not provide.
