It's hard to judge how much can be done on a $100 budget.

Custom graphic work can take a while but if you know exactly what you want and it can be done within a reasonable amount of time, we can usaully fit in a few banners or even some animated FLASH banner work in this package. I would link it up for you and provide some html code but it would be up to the client to build their own site.

If you have graphics and are just looking for a template of some sort, we can also fit that in pretty cheaply.
